Download the DAXified template and open it in Excel. When prompted about macros, click "Enable Content" - this is essential for the PIN system to function.

In the Set Up sheet, cell B1 contains your master admin PIN. Click and change it to something secure and memorable like MyCompany2024Admin
The DAXified system makes PIN management simple:
- In the Set Up sheet, find the "Sheet Name" and "PIN" columns
- Click any PIN cell (column B, rows 3 and below)
- Type your new PIN and press Enter
- The system automatically prevents duplicate PINs
- Create new worksheets normally (Marketing, Operations, Legal, etc.)
- Name them appropriately for your organization
- In the Set Up sheet, add new rows with sheet names and desired PINs
- The DAXified system handles the rest automatically
- Use department-based PINs like MARKETING2024 for easy remembering
- Test each new PIN using the Home sheet before distribution
- Keep a secure master list of all PINs for your records
- The admin PIN is automatically protected from being used as a regular sheet PIN

Troubleshooting Your DAXified System
❌ "Macros are disabled" error
Solution: Look for the yellow security bar at the top when opening the file. Click "Enable Content" or "Enable Macros". If missing, go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings and select "Enable all macros".
❌ Buttons don't respond
Solution: This indicates macros aren't enabled. Close and reopen the file, ensuring you enable macros when prompted. The DAXified system requires macros for the PIN validation to work.

❌ New sheets not appearing
Solution: Ensure the sheet name in the Setup sheet matches your actual sheet name exactly (including spaces and capitalization).
